At Brivoon, we want you to love your jeans. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items (marked “non-returnable”)
  • Customized or altered products
  • Items without original packaging

3. Return Process

  1. Request: Email [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Product name and reason for return
    • Photos of the item (if defective)
  2. Approval: We’ll email return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship Back: Send the item to:
    [Your Return Address]
    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective/wrong.

4. Refunds

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is our error.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently offer refunds only. To exchange, return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund. Photos may be required.
